The short version

The content your provider shares with you — notes, documents, records, invoices — is end-to-end encrypted. It is encrypted on your provider's device before it reaches us and can only be decrypted on yours. We store it, but we cannot read it, and neither can anyone who obtains it from us.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, we don't use the contents of your space for advertising or for training AI models, and we don't track what's inside your space.

Who sees what

Your provider sees what they share with you and what you book and pay. Our service providers — Vultr (cloud hosting, United States), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery) — process only the data needed for their role.

Retention & your rights

We keep data while your space is active and for a limited period after, except where the law requires longer (e.g. payment records). You can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at support@calospace.com. Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU GDPR may give you additional rights — including access, correction, deletion, and portability of your personal information. Write to us and we will honor them; we don't sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
